Papathiyammal Pitchai Educational Trust is an educational and charitable trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, on 17 May 2010. The trust was founded by Shri. M. P. Rajaram, an agriculturist and educational philanthropist, in loving memory of his parents Mrs. Papathiyammal and Mr. Pitchai.
With a strong commitment to rural educational development, we strive to create better learning opportunities for students from economically and socially disadvantaged communities in Karur district and surrounding areas.
“Education is the most powerful investment for building a better society. Our goal is to ensure that rural students receive equal opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed.”
The Trust successfully runs two premier educational campuses focusing on standard professional and technical guidance, bridging the rural learning gap.
Providing specialized engineering study pathways to rural students, equipped with high-tech laboratories, workshops, industrial experts, and active placement drives.
Offering national CBSE education focusing on smart learning spaces, qualified faculty members, value-based character framing, sports, and holistic student growth.
We provide full (100%) and partial (50%) tuition fee waivers to orphaned students, children from single-parent families, and rural girl students to prevent dropouts and promote women's empowerment.
Karur District has many poor families dependent on textile weaving and manual labor. Due to poverty, students are forced to stop studies after high school. Your support can fund a student's education, materials, and secure their future.
